This coffee is born from the joint work of several communities in Tenejapa, Chenalhó and Oxchuc , in the mountainous region of Chiapas.
It is part of the Sakubel project (“dawn” in the Tseltal language), which brings together small indigenous coffee farmers committed to production that respects the environment and biodiversity.
The farms operate under the traditional "rustic" cultivation system, in agroforestry, without pesticides, and with traditional varieties adapted to the environment.
A sweet, balanced, easy-to-enjoy, and very versatile coffee. Perfect for those looking for a smooth espresso or a full-bodied and sweet filter coffee.
