Cup Profile
Notes: Apricot, milk chocolate and honey. A coffee with a sweet and creamy start, where the fruit from Ethiopia provides freshness and elegance while Uganda adds body, structure and a pleasant cocoa aftertaste. The result is a complex, balanced and surprisingly well-rounded cup.
An exclusive creation by Artisan Coffee
This is not a conventional blend. It has been designed and roasted in an extremely limited production with the aim of finding the perfect balance between two of the most fascinating origins on the African continent.
The vibrancy and aromatic complexity of Ethiopian coffee are combined with the body and sweetness of Ugandan coffee to create a distinct cup, designed for those who enjoy discovering exclusive profiles that are unlikely to be repeated.
Only 10 bags of 250 grams of this coffee have been produced, making it one of the most exclusive references created by Artisan Coffee.
Omniroast Profile
This coffee has been developed with our Omniroast profile, designed to offer excellent performance for both espresso and moka and filter methods. In espresso, it develops a creamy and very sweet cup, while in filter, the notes of stone fruit and honey are clearer.
The Origins
Ethiopia · Jimma
From producer Ephrem Mulugeta, this coffee provides the most aromatic part of the blend thanks to its Heirloom varieties and a profile full of ripe fruit, sweetness and elegance.
Uganda · Rwenzori Mountains
Produced by Agri Evolve, this coffee grown on the slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains provides structure, body and a great sensation of milk chocolate and honey, perfectly balancing the Ethiopian profile.
Why a blend?
At Artisan Coffee, we believe that a blend only makes sense when it achieves something that none of its components achieve separately. Blend África was born precisely with this philosophy: to unite two exceptional coffees to build a cup with greater balance, depth and sensory complexity.
