This coffee is part of the Por Elas project, an initiative that highlights the work of women producers in Brazil, emphasizing their key role in producing high-quality coffees.
From the Serra do Cabral region, this coffee is grown at lower altitudes than usual, resulting in particularly sweet, round, and very accessible profiles.
The natural process enhances its sweetness, resulting in a cup with clear notes of brown sugar and ripe grape, with a medium body and a very pleasant mouthfeel.
It is an ideal coffee for everyday use, especially recommended for espresso, moka pot, and super-automatic machines, where it stands out for its balance, sweetness, and ease of extraction.
