More information about coffee
This coffee comes from Finca El Diviso , located in the renowned coffee region of Huila, Colombia . The Pitalito area is famous for producing complex coffees with vibrant acidity and a characteristic sweetness. Under the care of producer Adrian Lasso , this microlot has been processed using a washed method with anaerobic fermentation for 36 hours , which intensifies its fruity profile and silky body.
This Yellow Bourbon stands out for its fruity character and juicy sweetness , with clear notes of strawberry, watermelon and peach , balanced with a background of panela that gives it roundness in the mouth.
For us, it's a coffee that expresses itself especially well in filtered methods like V60, Chemex or Aeropress, but it can also be a bold and different espresso for those looking for something different.
Medium-light roast , designed to highlight its fruity complexity.
