This Christmas we wanted to share something unique, and we believe we have succeeded.
This coffee comes from Halo Beriti , a washing station located in southern Ethiopia, in the Gedeb area of Yirgacheffe. It is produced by Boledu , one of the country's most highly regarded producers, who has crafted this microlot using an experimental process inspired by Tej , the traditional Ethiopian honey wine.
The result is a spectacular coffee, with a juicy texture and a profile full of character: sweet wine, ripe plum, floral honey, raisins… A profound coffee, ideal for this time of year, whether you drink it alone or share it.
☕ How to enjoy it:
Although versatile, this coffee shines especially in filter methods : V60, Chemex, Clever, batch brew… If you fancy a different espresso, it's also worth trying.
🌱 More than just a coffee shop:
This micro-lot is the result of joint work with more than 2,200 small producers , who collaborate directly with Boledu under fair agreements, without intermediaries, with pre-harvest training and constant quality monitoring.
🎁 Looking for a special gift? This coffee is a great choice for those who enjoy discovering different flavors, with history and soul.
